Ryan’s Place is a provider agency serving children and adults ages 3-100 with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. The agency is currently seeking staff to work 1:1 in the community with members, Community Navigators to advocate for members’ needs, and Qualified Professionals with I/DD experience. WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
  • Competitive pay ($13-16.00 starting rate per hour, based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Direct Support Professionals and Community Navigators must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Qualified Professionals must meet North Carolina’s credentialing standards and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Services with 2 years full-time IDD experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in any other area with 4 years full-time IDD experience
  • Associate Professionals with Bachelor’s Degrees can gain their credentialing while working under a Qualified Professional at Ryan’s Place
  • Reliability, Excellent Communication Skills, Compassion, Energy, and Flexibility are a MUST!
